Please plan to attend the annual Trail Ridge HOA meeting on September 14, 2025, at 4:00pm at the Alpine Civic Center.  If you are unable to attend, Please complete your Proxy and give it to someone who is able to attend so we can have a quorum to conduct business and vote on important matters.

As a reminder, you must name someone as your Proxy, complete the authority granted to your Proxy and you must sign it.  Proxy's cannot be given verbally.

I have attached the meeting agenda, Proxy Vote form, 2024 Trail Ridge Financials, 2026 Trail Ridge Proposed Budget & Financial Analysis and the 2024 Annual Meeting minutes for your review prior to the meeting.

Please let me, or the Board, know if you have any questions prior to the meeting.  We look forward to seeing you all there.
