Posted on Feb 27th, 2026
Dear Trail Ridge POA Members,
The next regular board meeting is scheduled for March 11th at 6:30 pm. For those interested in attending, you can join in-person at the conference room in the Civic Center or virtually using the zoom link listed below and on the attached agenda.
There will be an optional member comment at the end of the meeting for any items not currently addressed in the agenda, although we will do our best to wrap up by 8:30 pm out of respect for everyone's time. If you're unable to join or have concerns/ideas that arise outside of scheduled regular meetings, please reach out to the board.

Additional updates:

Proposed Development for Parcel Number: 36191520004800 - At the December regular board meeting, member concerns were shared regarding the proposed development and subdivision of a parcel adjacent to Trail Ridge. Carolyn Cushner, a Trail Ridge member, has been tracking the proposal by High Country Solutions, LLC to possibly develop the parcel for use as cabin rentals, silo houses, or an RV park. Members were encouraged to contact the Lincoln County Planning & Zoning Commission and/or County Commissioners to share their concerns regarding the proposal. Carolyn Cushner (carolyncushner@gmail.com) also offered to be a resource on the proposal for members interested in learning more (link to a drafted letter outlining concerns).
Trail Ridge Facebook - Thanks to the efforts of our Good Neighborhood Committee, we now have a Trail Ridge Facebook group where we can share updates, relevant news, and local happenings. If you're interested in joining but aren't sure how, please reach out to the committee (trailridgeneighborhood@gmail.com).
Trail Ridge Website Updates - Many thanks to Colleen Cook and our dedicated committee members for the updates that have gone into the Trail Ridge website. If you haven't done so yet, please check this resource out. We're still in the process of finalizing a few items, but there's a lot of incredible information HERE (and check out the new committee pages!).
With regards,
The Trail Ridge Board
